T&R Group Services agrees to provide property maintenance and cleaning services as described in your individual quote. While we strive for perfection, the scope of work is limited to the specific services agreed upon in writing.
2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days.

Prices are based on the information provided by the client. If the property condition differs significantly upon arrival, we reserve the right to adjust the price (with prior client approval).
3. Access and Safety

Access: Clients must ensure the property is accessible at the scheduled time. For exterior services (window cleaning/landscaping), please ensure gates are unlocked.

Utilities: For certain cleaning services, we may require access to water or electricity provided by the client.

Safety: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services if conditions are deemed unsafe for our staff (e.g., extreme weather for window cleaning).
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in a commercial contract. We accept bank transfers and major cards. Late payments may incur interest charges.
6. Liability and Insurance
T&R Group Services is fully insured. In the unlikely event of property damage, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of the service completion. Our liability is limited to the total cost of the service provided or the limit of our insurance coverage.
7. Complaints
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with a service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can rectify the issue immediately.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
