If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of a service we have provided, please notify our team within 24 hours of the completion of the job.

• The T&R Resolution: We will return to your property at the earliest possible time to rectify the specific area or issue at no additional cost to you.

• Scope of Work: The re-cleans or repairs will be limited to the original scope of work agreed upon in the initial quote.

Policy Details & Conditions

• Service Nature: As our services involve labor, specialized equipment, and non-recoverable materials (such as cleaning supplies or landscaping products), payments made for completed services are final.

• Deposits: Any deposits paid for large-scale projects, such as extensive landscaping or commercial maintenance contracts, are non-refundable as they secure your booking and cover initial mobilization costs.

• Client Presence: We encourage clients (where possible) to inspect the work upon completion and sign off with our team. Once a job is signed off as satisfactory, the service is considered complete and final.

• Third-Party Issues: T&R Group Services cannot be held responsible for issues arising from pre-existing property damage or factors outside of our control (e.g., extreme weather affecting exterior window cleaning).
